The Greater Promise Impact


Greater Promise guarantees that your child will make strides in the right direction.  Gone will be the feeling of drowning among a class of 27.  Each lesson will build from the previous lesson as well as coinciding with what is currently taking place in the classroom.

Greater Promise was founded on the belief that every student has the ability to learn.

This is an educational experience that focuses on the overall creation of  great people!.  With the help of our families intertwined with just the right amount of love, our students will certainly achieve success.  We fully believe in the mottos, "Teamwork makes the dream work", and "It takes a village to raise a child".  Together we are creating a partnership toward success.  Along with you, one of our major partners is the Donald Deneil Harrison Scholarship Foundation.  The purpose of the foundation is to emphasize the importance of scholarship.  With various giveaways, the foundation provides financial assistance to families who may need assistance with academic services, stipends for deserving students, and scholarships for graduating seniors entering 4 year universities.  We are all in this together.  Let us be a part of your village!


Our goal is to equip our students with the tools to be successful while they are with us, and more importantly, when they are on their own in the classroom.  It is a wonderful feeling to walk into a school and see one of our students being the leader that we help develop every day!

Over the past ten years, our staff has helped numerous students improve their study habits, comprehension, and test-taking skills. As a result, these students have earned better test scores, grades, not to mention a major lift in self-esteem and confidence. We love celebrating those victories with our students!
